Great experience from start to finish! I sadly didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman at the beginning with the glasses and dreads was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. He took the time to explain the different wash options and went over everything about the membership without making me feel pressured.
Kelsey, the Assistant Manager, was also fantastic. While I was drying my car and trying to catch those little drips that sometimes get left behind after the wash, she immediately came over and offered to help. She was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to jump in and help me finish drying the car.
It’s the little things like that great customer service that really stand out. Both of them made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be back!
