I have a membership to this car wash. At the end of the car wash the dryers blow so hard it cracked my windshield and continued to crack it every time I went of course not realizing until my last visit that the dryer is what caused a 4 inch crack in the beginning now goes all the way across my windshield. Other than that I do like this car wash above Zips but I wont be returning for fear of damaging the new windshield.

I was put through the car wash while I was still trying to speak with the attendant. Soap was sprayed through my drivers side window and sprayed on myself and my son as well as the food that we had just purchased at Starbucks for $38 as well as our drinks that we had purchased. It also spot damaged my dashboard driver, side door, middle console, steering wheel and gearshift area. I tried to speak with their corporate and it’s just an AI voice which does not connect you to any actual people. I filed an incident report, but I don’t hold much hope of anything panning out from that report I will not be returning to this location or reinstating my membership. The employee’s name is Collin.

Tony was great…he helped get the remainder of bird poo off the back window! Baked on so can’t say the wash was ineffective; the rest of the car looked great! Convenient and easy to use and maneuver vacuum stations with cloths and sprays 👍

My new 2026 truck was damaged by this car wash. We did an incident claim immediately while still there. We were told we would be contacted within 48 hours so I can get my new truck fixed. Now 10 days later haven’t heard a thing from Sud Stop. Went back to the car wash 8 days later and the excuse this time was “ We have a new GM starting”.
